Performance Occupational Health Services (POHS) is deeply dedicated to providing quality healthcare to the workforce in our community.

We are proud to be part of SW Washington’s vibrant society, with clinic locations in Vancouver and Longview. We are committed to doing our part to support the health and well-being of our neighbors and fellow businesses.

Our Services

Offered as a walk-in service, we do respirator fit testing for half and full-face masks to ensure proper protection on the job.

Both qualitative and quantitative testing are available, as well as annual and 2-year Respirator Certifications. See our Respirator page for pricing details.

Our staff are CAOHC-certified and able to perform hearing tests for at-risk employees. We have sound deterrant booths at both clinic locations, as well as a noise-reduced trailer that can be towed onsite to your facility.

For large groups, our technicians are able to test up to four people simultaneously, ensuring that annual testing is quick and painless for everyone involved.

POHS offers a range of physical exams, including DOT physicals, pre-employment physicals, and hazmat physicals for employees in hazardous or safety-sensitive jobs.
