Note:

Instructors will order your eCard once the class is completed and payment has been received (unless your company has pre-approved billing arrangements). After the eCard is ordered, it is processed directly through the American Heart Association (AHA).

You will receive an email from the AHA with your eCard - not from Performance Occupational Health Services (POHS). Please remember to claim and save your card for your records. These emails can sometimes land in spam, so be sure to check there before reaching out to your instructor.

Please allow up to one week for your eCard to arrive.
If you still haven’t received it after one week, contact your instructor to check on the status.

For blended courses: You are responsible for purchasing and completing the online portion before your in-person skills evaluation. Please email your completion certificate to your instructor or bring a printed copy to class.
